Job Title: Collector I- BUSINESS SERVICE-MANAGED CARE

Job Description: -High volume call center setting -The Collector serves as the account representative for Hoag working with insurance companies, government payors, and/ or patients for resolution of payments and accounts resolution. -Patient Financial Services (billing & collections), including procedures and policies. -Demonstrates knowledge of and effectively uses patient accounting systems.

Please make sure you have the required skills and experience to apply (only qualified candidates will be accepted): -Must have Home Health Billing experience -High school diploma or equivalent required -One year of previous hospital business experience, or equivalent required or strong background in customer service -Basic experience with insurance plans, hospital reimbursement methology, and/ or ICD10 and CPT coding -Will be working in WELLSKY **REQUIRED: Medical collections experience and history in a call center-type setting **REQUIRED: Must have Home Health Billing experience.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
