Your responsibilities will include:

Be Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable and Service-oriented.

Go out of your way to be extra friendly (smile, eye contact, and small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients.

Look and act like a professional HUNK – starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact) and performance.

Be a professional who safely moves items from/to clients’ homes, offices & buildings while following best practices for wrapping & packing.

Assist with safely maneuvering the truck (E.g. backing up) and navigating job sites and disposal sites.

Keep track of all truck contents & company property (tools, clipboards, paperwork, safety equipment, etc.).

Distribute marketing materials daily and participate in various hands on marketing activities to include truck waves, door hangers, etc.

Clean & maintain the truck and office/work areas daily.

Complete ALL Daily Checklists and Required Documentation.

Train to become a Captain and possibly advance to Sr. Captain or Mgr.

MUST be able to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly & for an extended period of time.MUST enjoy hard work and helping others; WOW customers & teammates!MUST value providing world class customer service. MUST want to be part of a growing organization with huge opportunities.MUST be able to pass a federal background check.
