    Collegiate Elites Sports Consultant, Coach

    Collegiate Elites is looking for elite athletes to join our team! A Collegiate Elites Sports Consultant and Coach is responsible for scheduling, evaluating, consulting, and training customers who are looking for guidance in their sport. Additional responsibilities include driving to engagements with equipment necessary to execute a successful practice session to either an individual or a group.

    Collegiate Elites is looking to make an impact with its coaches, providing professional and insightful training opportunities from top level talent in their own communities. This position is flexible and dynamic enough to complement the rigor of full-time employment, professional athletic training, or other regular commitments.

    Our coaches must have a proven track record of competing at a high level in their sport, a desire to mentor, challenge, and drive performance to meet a customer's needs.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Execute on all assigned and scheduled practice sessions:

    • Reaching out to customers to provide a consultative approach to coaching and development
    • Coordinating practice locations to meet demand and constraints
    • Communicating with Collegiate Elite staff your regular coaching availability
    • Creating, executing, and running training sessions in your sport
    • Providing mentorship, guidance, and instruction to customers regarding your sport of expertise
    • Monitoring progress of repeat customers to track progress and develop new practice plans

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
    • Experience competing in collegiate athletics DI, DII, and/or accomplished DIII
    • High developed skill with solid understanding of your sport including advanced concepts
    • Ability to train, mentor, and teach clients who actively seek coaching
    • Previous experience in a team setting
    • Proven leadership skills
    • Ability to give constructive feedback and goal set with customers
    • Outstanding customer service and communication
    • Ability to retain and source new business
    • Ability to express monthly availability with Collegiate Elite staff
