    Job Description

    COLORADO REHABILITATION AND OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE (CROM) IS SEEKING A QUALIFIED PHYSICIAN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM!

    CROM is dedicated to treating patients with minimal surgery and narcotic medications. We are a practice in Aurora, near the Aurora Medical Center. We have 10 Providers focused on back and joint pain, sports injuries, auto/work injuries and Stem Cell Therapy/Regenerative Medicine. We have served the Front Range for over 28 years and are looking for a PHYSICIAN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to help us continue providing our patients with excellent care.

    COMPENSATION

    Pay: $17-20/HR + MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BASED BONUSES!

    SCHEDULE:

    Monday – Friday; 8 am to 5 pm

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    The PRIMARY PURPOSE of the Physician Administrative Assistant (PAA) is to SUPPORT THE PHYSICIAN with the day-to-day activities involved with patient care, maintaining the physician’s schedules, medical coordination, invoicing and other duties as assigned. Candidate will be interacting with doctors on a daily basis.

    MUST HAVES:

    • High energy and strong desire to learn and grow with the practice
    • Background in medical or healthcare administration
    • Welcoming, compassionate, professional, and diplomatic demeanor
    • Professional and presentable AT ALL TIMES
    • Ability to work independently and be flexible with time and location of work (light travel may be required)
    • Organized, detailed, and accurate

    SAMPLE OF DUTIES

    • High level of interaction with patient care
    • Interacts with law offices and build relationships.
    • Schedule patient appointments
    • Facilitate daily patient scheduled appointments.
    • Manage and maintain patient files with appropriate documents within company procedure.
    • Collect and submit fee tickets to billing department in a timely fashion.
    • Address phone calls from patients, insurance companies, law offices and other entities in an efficient and professional matter
    • Consistently correspond with medical and legal referral sources
    • Effectively manage doctor schedules and maintain open dialog
