Part Time Bookeeper
Small office environment looking for a part- time employee with minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience.
Essential Functions:
Accounts receivable, weekly calls/emails for customer collections, and posting of daily cash receipts.
Accounts payable, posting of vendor invoices & issuing of weekly check run.
Daily reconciling of bank accounts and monthly reconciling.
Running of reports to include daily status reports, monthly balance sheet & income statement.
Prepare and process check runs
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Strong dependability, follow-through, and initiative
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Google Suite
Proficiency with accounting software such as Quickbooks
