San Antonio based, 36 year old Oil and Gas exploration and production company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our growing team! You will provide high-level administrative support for the President of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle administrative needs of Executives
• Arrange conference calls and meetings
• Plan work-related travel details
• Draft outgoing correspondence to operators and partners
• Maintain & Organize all well files
• Submit & Secure Recorded Assignments
• Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff
• Assist with preparation of Marketing & Brochure materials and Investment Offering Documents
• Maintain and order supplies
• Receive visitors
• Coordinate with well operators to update files

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PRIOR SIMILAR EXPERIENCE IN THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY REQUIRED.
• MUST BE A SELF-STARTER, HIGHLY MOTIVATED WITH A STRONG ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
• Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF Editor and other computer software experience a MUST
• Experience with lead databases & CRMs like SalesForce a plus
• MUST have website/software marketing experience
• MUST be Computer literate
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
