The Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of commercial cleaner ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and their employees.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff at assigned commercial sites, including assigning tasks, monitoring performances, and providing guidance and support as needed.

Conduct regular inspections.

Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures and use of equipment and cleaning products.

Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of ppe and adherence to chemical handling procedures.

Perform quality control checks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services, with at least 2-3 years in supervisory or leadership roles.

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
