    We are a rapidly growing and expanding Telecommunications company ,We are a certified Diamond Dealer and we are looking to add 5 motivated individuals to our inside sales department. Prior Sales experience preferred However we are willing to train the right individual who is interested in learning about our products. This is an opportunity with a tremendous earning potential backed by your ability to close sales.

    We are the #1 sales and installation company in Minnesota for HughesNet Satellite internet. Satellite internet will be the primary sales product with a portfolio of 17 additional product lines!

    Work from home applicants would be on a Commissions only Contract vs In house representatives making a base salary + Commissions.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    This full-time position includes the following duties:

    • Make outbound phone calls daily to prospects and existing customers to generate business
    • Discuss plan requirements with customers and prospects, understanding how our products can meet their requirements.
    • Review sales training documents to assist technicians in preparing installation plans.
    • Follow-up with customers regarding the status of quotes allowing the clear pathway to close sales in our CRM
    • Provide customer service and be a point of contact for customers.
    • Use sales management/contact management tools provided by the company to maximize sales.
    • Follow sales plans implemented by the company
    • Report to the Sales Manager for meeting quotas for required sales count.
    • Complete weekly sales training and evaluations
    • Must be willing and able to ask for the sale on every call
    • Other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • HIGHLY MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL WHO IS NOT AFRAID OF MAKING A LARGE NUMBER OF COLD CALLS ( 250 A DAY)
    • Ability and willingness to learn about our product line and the architectural sheet metal industry
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines
    • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work through rejections and
    • Pass pre-hiring background check
    • Ability to use Zoom for any at-home work allowed by the sales manager.
    • Clock in and be available for the entire work time frame.
