    We are seeking a driven Commercial Account Manager to join our team and help us engage with the communities we serve. This role involves attending various events and connecting with local businesses, agents and property managers to foster business growth. The Commercial Account Manager is in charge of getting our name out to the market, collecting, and executing on new and current opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling

    Keep our CRM organized and schedule a calendar of consistent business-to-business visits

    Attend business networking functions to promote the brand and our local business

    Coordinate and manage community and charitable events

    Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up to represent the brand

    Available to respond to emergencies for clients to better serve them during and after business hours

    Issue resolution when needed and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction

    Qualifications:

    Desire and proven ability to sell services, preferably in the home service industries

    Prior experience with SEO and social media to engage with customers and clients

    Willingness to plan and execute community engagement events on a regular basis

    Able to track performance and numbers to update team

    Experience with a CRM software and ability to learn new technology
