Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Commercial Remodeling Account Sales Consultant to focus on commercial properties, property management companies, commercial remodelers, multi-family units, etc. The role consists of a hybrid between marketing and sales, where you will be calling on property managers, facility directors, procurement leaders, portfolio managers, REIT's, and group/individual home flippers to help them with their tenants' remodeling plans. This is a 100% commission role, with eligibility for benefits after 90 days. Upside potential is unlimited, commission, quarterly and year-end bonuses uncapped!
Job Duties:
Identify commercial cabinet refacing clients, pursue, and win contracts for initial and reoccurring business.
Strategically make initial contact and repeated follow up engagement with assisted living, care centers, hotels, hospitals, gyms, retail center owners, property management companies, etc. to create new opportunities and sale Kitchen Tune Up refacing and core services.
Establish long term relationships and contracts with commercial clients.
Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow up, strong desire to win and succeed.
Excited to find and engage with commercial clients and love the challenge to create deals.
Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional
Unlimited income potential available for motivated individuals willing to develop account based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms, etc.
Job Requirements :
Industry connection experience and/or a plan to present to us how you'd make that happen.
