Compensation Overview:

This National General Contractor Client is looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager (APM) in Nashville, TN!

They are not entertaining candidates outside of the Nashville area & relocation will not be compensated. Also- candidates without direct Construction experience within Project Management (IT, Manufacturing, Sales, etc) will not be considered at this time.

This person will be responsible for helping lead commercial construction projects of various structure/design elements as well as building client relationships. The APM will be instrumental in developing the construction plan, organizing delivery of all project components, coordinating subcontractors, and executing the contract with the client.

Their APMs are creative, driven, and dedicated to their clients and partners, ensuring a quality project is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

• (2+) years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proficient in Procore or MS Project scheduling software.
• Working knowledge of BIM processes, software and tools.
• Experience with commercial (new) construction or multifamily/hospitality projects.
• Impeccable communication skills.
