Territory: Louisville Metro Area & South Central Indiana

As a valued and vital member of our sales and marketing team you will receive a competitive compensation package (into six figures) along with an opportunity to learn and grow.
Primary Responsibilities
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments and maintaining assigned contact lists with key and targeted commercial accounts.
Participates in professional associations, hosts lunch-and-learns, and promotes continuing education (CE) courses
Maintaining existing customer and building new customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best commercial cleaning and restoration company in the industry
Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify “Target 50” (Top 50 prospects to develop into clients) using our CRM software
Provide regular updates to management team through one-on-one meetings and sales reporting
Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals
Position Requirements
A minimum 3 years of progressively responsible local/regional business-to-business (commercial) sales experience
Proven track record of sales success in the service sector
Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
Comfort level using technology (iPads, laptops), social media, and common business software (Salesforce, MS Office Suite, Google)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
Experience or understanding of the commercial cleaning, restoration, or insurance industries would be a HUGE plus
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Compensation:
Competitive base salary $65K+ based on experience PLUS activity-based incentive plan (potential to earn well into six figures)
