Position Overview We’re looking for a Commercial Business Development Manager who is highly organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for quoting jobs, reviewing building plans, networking, and assisting with project management components. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication, accurate pricing, and exceptional service. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation & Quoting: • Gather costs and create accurate quotes for projects. • Review and interpret building plans to ensure correct pricing. • Follow up on outstanding quotes to nurture leads and close sales. Client & Relationship Management: • Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, business owners, and corporate decision-makers. • Provide clear and timely communication to clients and internal teams. • Update CRM of all communication text and verbal. Project Coordination & Management: • Oversee small project management tasks to ensure smooth execution. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material requirements. • Address any concerns or challenges that arise during the quoting and installation process. Qualifications: • Experience: 2-5 years in commercial doors, estimating, construction sales, or project management. • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with building plans, construction materials, and cost estimation. • Communication Skills: Strong ability to follow up on quotes, negotiate deals, and provide top-notch customer service. • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and assist in the field when needed. • Strong Computer Skills: The ability to work at a fast pace and adopt new technology quickly. Compensation: $50,000 - $85,000 yearly
