    Commercial Carpenter Supervisor

    We are seeking a self motivated individual with 7-10 years of extensive experience in leadership and carpentry. We offer a competitive salary of $60K to $80K based upon level of experience, travel expenses paid, and a performance based pay structure that awards high performance people and does not limit their potential.

    Ideal candidate should be able to perform the following tasks with little to no supervision:

    Provide on-site leadership and management for construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and timelines.

    Coordinate and oversee the activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and other personnel on the jobsite.

    Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget. Adjust schedules as necessary based on project changes or unforeseen circumstances.

    Monitor and enforce quality standards in construction work. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.

    Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment. Conduct safety meetings and address any safety concerns promptly.

    Coordinate the delivery and usage of materials and equipment on the jobsite. Ensure that the right materials are available when needed.

    Address and resolve issues that may arise during construction, including delays, design changes, or unforeseen obstacles.

    Maintain effective communication with project managers, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress.

    Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring that the project stays within budget. Report any budgetary concerns to project managers.

    Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and any changes to the original plans.

    Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for construction activities. Work with regulatory authorities as needed.

    Foster positive relationships with clients by addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction with the construction process.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

    The employee is frequently required to stand for 8 hours or more; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

    The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.

    The employee must regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and infrequently lift or move more than 100 pounds.

    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Must have a valid driver’s license

    Must have reliable transportation
