Commercial Carpenter Supervisor

Trimerge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Carpenter Supervisor to join our team. This is a 100% travel position requiring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in supervising and coordinating the work of commercial carpentry crews, with a strong emphasis on leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site leadership and management for construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project, including crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and enforce quality and safety standards.
Address and resolve issues that may arise during construction.
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Monitor project costs and ensure the project stays within budget.
Keep accurate records of project activities.
Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience as a commercial carpenter with proven leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 100 pounds.
A "can-do" attitude, be willing to learn, and commitment to excellence.
