Commercial Cleaning Area Supervisor (Palm Beach County area)
Position Title: Area Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Supervises: Team Leads and/or Cleaning Crew Team Member
Basic Function: Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on budget (labor and chemical costs included)
Major Responsibilities:
Work assigned number of hours on a regular basis (if applicable)
Manage team leads
Manage labor budget in assigned area.
Put together strategy if over budget how to come into alignment
Manage employee hours on digital time cards
Schedules employees for new and existing contracted work
Assist in building the management team as the need arises and the budget allows under the direction of the General Manager
Generate nightly and weekly reports concerning assigned area
Must follow performance objectives under the direction of the Director of Operation
Attend staff meetings held weekly accounting for time, tasks complete, tasks yet to complete, problem solve with owner(s)
Every and all aspects of managing the general operation of the business in your area
Work necessary hours to perform the above duties and any other duties not listed but required for the business to be successful.
Must be able to work mornings. some evenings and some Sundays. This position will require you to be on call.
Travel area Palm Beach County , St Lucie County & Martin County
Must have reliable transportation
