    Job Description

    We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer company main phone number and direct calls to appropriate departments
    • Plan and maintain work schedule at multiple client facilities
    • Provide administrative assistance to management team: sales proposals, appointment set up, follow up correspondence 
    • Manage records and information, create reports per management team requests
    • Client QA service calls.
    • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, etc.)

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
    • Bachelor's Degree or Associated Degree
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
