    Basic Function: The Team Operations Lead will ensure the cleaning specifications sold to clients are being fulfilled and the work is being completed on-time and within budget (labor and chemicals). This is a KEY role within the company and offers great fulltime opportunity for the right candidate. Hours are evening with locations primarily Bloomington, Bedford and Martinsville areas. In return we will pay bi-weekly at $17.00/HR, travel time pay and gas allowance.

    Work 30 - 40 hours per week.

    Supplement site inspections & follow-up plans.

    Training new team members on assigned accounts.

    Work with management team. It is your responsibility to provide the customer with the service we have promised and they deserve. Work closely in a team-like manner with management and follow up on tasks generated by the OP management team.

    Replenish supplies for assigned accounts.

    Fill in where required for absences at assigned accounts.

    Report nightly via an area managers activities and tasks performed/ accomplished.

    Clean assigned number of hours on a regular basis or as needed (if applicable)

    Flexibility is a must for some weekend work and on call availability.

    Requirements: Valid Driver's License and Data Phone

    Preferred experience: Cleaning Experience with Management Background Preferred. However not required.
