Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Supporting front line cleaners
Making sure all cleaning specifications are performed properly and in timely manner
Maintaining supply inventory and delivering supplies to cleaning techs.
Checking cleaning quality after cleaning shifts
Training new and existing cleaning techs on proper cleaning technique
Fill-In cleaning as needed
This is a hands-on position and not an office position. This position will work throughout the Chattanooga regional area daily. Your typical days of work are starting at 4:30pm. You will be collaborating daily with our team, working with our front-line employees, checking accounts, training new employee's, re-supplying accounts, and fill-in cleaning. The Individual selected must be capable of working little supervision, have good people skills , quick thinker, flexible, and a problem solver.
Must be over the age of 18 with a valid license & good driving record. Must be able to pass background check.
