We seek a meticulous, thorough, and organized Estimator to join our growing team in the Concrete division.

[Duties ]

• Prepare and present cost estimates and detailed project budgets to management and clients for commercial construction projects
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and analyze subcontractor bids for materials, labor, and equipment
• Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential cost overruns

[Requirements ]

• Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial concrete cost estimation
• Proficient in construction estimating software

[Details ]

• Pay Rage: $90k to $110k + potential annual bonus opportunity
