About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Commercial Carpenter to join our team and assist in the construction and assembly of medical trailers. This role involves installing cabinets, flooring, wall panels, and other structural components to ensure high-quality, functional mobile medical units. The ideal candidate has strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and experience in commercial or custom fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:- Build, install, and assemble cabinets, flooring, and other interior components of medical trailers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure precise assembly.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on schedule.
- Perform basic repairs, adjustments, and finishing work as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all workplace safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:- Experience: Experience in commercial carpentry, cabinet making, or trailer/vehicle assembly.
- Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints, take precise measurements, and work with various materials.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
