    CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ESTIMATOR

Come join a team that has projects run from Pinellas County down to Charlotte County. The project types that they focus on are sports facilities, educational facilities, municipalities, hotels, and other commercial work. A few highlights from recent projects include training facilities for 3 Major League Baseball teams (Braves, Oriels, Bluejays) and a long-term contract with IMG Academy (a relationship they have had for years and continues to this day).

Due to the growth of their business, they are looking to add talented professionals to their team for a variety of roles. From our conversations with the leadership team, it is clear that they value people over everything. Here are some points we highlighted:

    • Compensation follows the top of the range for local GCs. They will not miss out on the chance to work with real construction professionals and meet people where they are at on compensation. Apart from base salary they also have a performance-based bonus that is paid out each year.
    • 100% of the Healthcare premium is covered for the employee.
    • 3 weeks of PTO, plus 3 sick days and two floating holidays. On top of that, their offices are closed for 6 of the major holidays.
    • The 401k program is set up so that regardless of whether or not the employee wants to or is able to participate, they will contribute.
    • The culture is very close-knit. Project Managers and Superintendents have direct access to the owners and do not believe in micro-managing.
    • They have a great environment in the office and look for opportunities to bring the whole team together by having holiday parties, and Family Fun nights. A recent event was held at the site of a recently completed equestrian center where they invited the whole team out with their families to enjoy BBQ, games and bounce houses for the kids.
