Construction Law / Litigation Associate

We are seeking a commercial construction law associate with at least three (3) years of experience including drafting and negotiating AIA and other commercial construction and/or architectural contract documents, handling mechanics’ liens and surety bond claims, and litigating or arbitrating related disputes. General commercial litigation and/or land use dispute experience is desirable, but not necessary.

Must have strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine appetite/interest for business development and networking.
