    Position Summary

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team in Greenville, SC, specializing in general contractor new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical system installation, wiring, and troubleshooting for new construction industrial and commercial buildings. This position requires a high level of technical proficiency, adherence to safety regulations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in new construction projects, ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes.

    · Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

    · Work closely with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely and coordinated project completion.

    · Perform wiring, conduit bending, circuit installations, and panel terminations.

    · Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues efficiently.

    · Ensure adherence to OSHA and NEC safety standards at all times.

    · Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices to ensure system reliability and performance.

    · Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all work performed.

    · Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians as needed.

    · Stay up to date with industry advancements, codes, and best practices in electrical work.

    Job Requirements:

    · Minimum of 3+ years of experience in electrical work, specifically in new construction projects.

    · Ability to interpret and execute electrical installation per General Contractor plans. · Experience installing conduit, wiring, and overhead lighting · Experience with heavy gear such as transformers and switchgears a plus

    · OSHA 10 or 30 Certification is a plus.

    · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    · Strong knowledge of electrical codes, systems, and components.

    · Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools.

    · Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
