We are looking for a Commercial Estimator to join our team with at least two years’ experience. You should have strong organizational skills, be able to manage multiple projects, and have excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for part or all the following

Creating estimates: Using construction drawings and specifications to create detailed estimates for projects

Analyzing plans: Analyzing plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare bid estimates

Researching costs: Researching the cost of items like materials, labor, transport, and equipment

Negotiating: Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to get the best prices and quotes

Assessing risks: Assessing the financial, technical, and operational risks of a project

Monitoring costs: Monitoring costs throughout a project to ensure it stays within budget

Compiling costs: Compiling and recording actual costs

Salary Range - $85,000 - $100,000
