Our client, a prestigious, global Am Law 100 firm, recognized for its robust business finance and healthcare practice, seeks a mid-level finance associate attorney (4+ years) to join their Atlanta team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client seeks a Mid-Level Finance Associate with 4+ years of experience to join their Business Finance & Healthcare Practice Group in their Atlanta office.

This full-time, partnership-track role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-caliber finance transactions, including syndicated and middle-market lending. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of finance experience, with a particular emphasis on UCC Article 9 transactions and drafting credit agreements. Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading transactional documentation and closings
• Drafting and negotiating credit agreements
• Handling UCC Article 9 secured transactions
• Representing both lenders and borrowers in a range of financing transactions

Candidate Requirements:

• 4+ years of business finance experience (real estate finance is not applicable)
• Experience in drafting credit agreements and working on UCC Article 9 transactions
• Strong academic background

LOCATION

This position is based in the firm’s Atlanta office, which provides a boutique-like feel while offering the benefits of big-firm compensation and resources. The office is home to a small but powerful team of 12 attorneys who offer mentorship and a collaborative work environment. Relocation assistance is available to those outside of Atlanta.
