We are looking for a full time estimator / project manager with prior knowledge of aluminum storefront and curtainwall framing. In addition to new construction we also do storefront remodels, heavy glass entrances, mirrors, shower doors and have a retail store open to the public.

Job duties and experience required include but not limited to the following:

• Knowledge of reading blueprints required

• Using estimating software to produce material takeoffs

• Procuring quotes for the materials needed

• Compiling all prices needed and sending estimates to general contractors

• Once job has been awarded each estimator also handles the project management aspect as well until it is completed (costing of jobs to be done by others)

• Need to be driven and self-motivated to complete tasks

• Construction glazing estimating: 5 year

• Salary will depend on qualification and experience
