    Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor

    Overview:
    Oversee the planning, sales, implementation, and completion of commercial mechanical projects, focusing on high-end residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your role also includes supervising the technical workforce, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project Management:
    - Develop project plans, estimate costs, and ensure projects stay within budget.
    - Coordinate with clients and contractors, manage risks, and maintain documentation.

    2. Client Relations:
    - Build and maintain client relationships.
    - Serve as the main point of contact and provide regular project updates.

    3. Field Supervision:
    - Oversee HVAC system operations, installations, and service repairs.
    - Supervise and train technicians, manage daily workflow, and ensure safety compliance.

    4. Quality Assurance:
    - Conduct inspections, enforce standards, and track performance to ensure work meets specifications.

    5. Reporting and Evaluation:
    - Prepare reports, monitor operations, and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    - Experience: 5+ years in commercial mechanical systems and HVAC service/installation, with supervisory experience.
    - Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities; technical expertise in mechanical systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Service Fusion experience preferred.
    - Physical Requirements: Ability to drive a service van and lift up to 50 pounds; extended periods working at a desk.
