Responsibilities for the Commercial HVAC Service Technician:

• Expertly install, inspect, and test new HVAC systems, ensuring full compliance.
• Conduct regular maintenance and servicing to optimize system performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration problems.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls, providing efficient and effective repairs.
• Maintain meticulous records of all work performed, including detailed diagnostic and repair reports.
• Communicate with clients, providing understandable explanations and helpful maintenance tips.

Requirements for the HVAC Service Technician:

• 3-5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training a plus.
• Valid EPA certification: additional certifications (NATE, etc.) are welcomed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting and working in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Adaptable to flexible hours, including on-call and emergency response.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and environments.
