Commercial HVAC Technician

Our Client had owned and managed office buildings in the Kansas City area for over 40 years. We are the single largest owner-operator of commercial office space in the metropolitan area. The company currently owns approximately 4 million square feet of Class A office space and related parking structures. They are looking for Commercial HVAC Technicians to join their growing team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Service, Diagnose and Repair Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers and Commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicates with customer and branch staff regarding status of repairs to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated with customers.
• Completes service tickets according to procedures.
• Sets a positive example for less experienced and/or new technicians by being a Company advocate.
• Follows all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety.

Requirements:

• Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, On Call rotation
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Superb customer service skills
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Standard computer skills
• Mechanically inclined with a hunger to learn new techniques and approaches.
• Universal EPA certification preferred or CFC Universal Refrigerant Card.
