We are currently seeking Commercial Installers to install smart technology, security, CCTV and access control for residential and small business clients. Our ideal candidate would:

Have a minimum of 2 years low voltage installation experience, preferably in the alarm industry

Have experience with 2GIG, Qolsys and NEO security panels

Have experience with installing and programming access control panels (Paxton, Alarm.com preferably)

Have experience installing, programming, and networking cameras

Have a strong comprehension of technology and can learn in a fast-paced environment

Be self-motivated and have a strong desire to be successful

Have strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

Be capable of installing systems in residential and small to medium sized businesses

Be coachable and able to adapt to changes quickly

Be able to perform in high stress situations and maintain a professional and personable attitude with our customers

Be able to obtain the necessary licensing and have the tools needed to perform all assigned jobs

Have a valid driver’s license

We offer a competitive hourly wage (based on experience). We also offer bonuses for hitting monthly targets and goals.

Technicians are paid FULL commission for any sales that they bring to the company. A driven and highly motivated candidate can easily earn a six-figure income.
