    About the Role

    All Saints Insurance Agency is expanding, and we’re looking for a licensed, experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to drive growth in our commercial lines department. This is a B2B sales role that rewards relationship-building, creative problem-solving, and the ability to confidently close deals that protect local businesses.

    What You’ll Do

    Follow up on assigned commercial insurance leads and referrals from internal sources

    Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers

    Develop customized insurance proposals that meet each client’s unique risks and needs

    Present and close commercial policies confidently and compliantly

    Identify cross-sell opportunities with existing accounts

    Maintain and update activity in our CRM and AMS

    What We’re Looking For

    2+ years of experience selling commercial insurance products, preferably in an independent agency setting

    Active Louisiana Property & Casualty license (Life & Health license a plus)

    Strong understanding of business insurance coverages (GL, BOP, WC, Commercial Auto, etc.)

    Skilled communicator and confident presenter

    Organized, proactive, and able to manage a sales pipeline independently

    Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern CRM and AMS platforms
