When you join us, you can expect: • Competitive compensation and benefits • Work-life balance and employee well-being • A supportive, people-first culture and mindset • A voice at the table to create mutually beneficial results • Time dedicated to professional development Compensation: • Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year • Paid Time Off • Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, and 401k Plan • Work Location: Remote (Equipment provided as needed) Responsibilities: • Renewal Loss History Ordering • Audits Inquiries – Audit disputes and adjustments to current policy • Endorsements – Resolve any issues incorrect endorsements & billing • Processing New Business Applications • Renewal Quality Control – Once Policies Received, Verify Forms; Changes; Verify Limits (Complete policy review) • Premium & Coverage Comparisons (Renewal Business) – Once renewal quotes are received, updates should be made to the PCC as requested. • Midterm Quoting (existing Client needs) • Carrier Renewal Solicitations (i.e. applications) - Obtaining renewal updates from carrier 90 days out from renewal date. This would be for any account where it is not an automatic renewal. • Loss Control Recommendations • Claims Processing • Master Certificate of Insurance Set-up • Building out Standard Operating Procedures (as needed) • Training newer staff Qualifications: • 5 or more years of Commercial Insurance servicing experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Property & Casualty License • Basic math skills and aptitude for learning new technology • Positive attitude, coachable, good listening skills and empathy • Highly organized and strong time management skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment within tight deadlines • Works with integrity and a high-level of confidentiality • Experience with AMS360 (preferred) Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
