When you join us, you can expect: • Competitive compensation and benefits • Work-life balance and employee well-being • A supportive, people-first culture and mindset • A voice at the table to create mutually beneficial results • Time dedicated to professional development Compensation: • Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year • Paid Time Off • Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, and 401k Plan • Work Location: Remote (Equipment provided as needed) Responsibilities: • Renewal Loss History Ordering: Ensure timely and accurate ordering of loss history for renewals. • Audit Inquiries: Address audit disputes and adjustments for existing policies. • Endorsements Management: Resolve issues related to incorrect endorsements and billing discrepancies. • New Business Application Processing: Process new business applications promptly and accurately. • Renewal Quality Control: Review received policies for completeness, verifying forms, changes, and coverage limits. • Premium & Coverage Comparisons (Renewals): Update the Premium Comparison Chart (PCC) with renewal quotes as requested. • Midterm Quoting: Provide accurate quotes for existing clients needing midterm adjustments. • Carrier Renewal Solicitation: Obtain renewal updates from carriers 90 days prior to policy renewal, for accounts not automatically renewed. • Loss Control Recommendations: Implement and track loss control recommendations to improve client risk management. • Claims Processing: Manage the processing of claims efficiently and accurately. • Master Certificate of Insurance Setup: Ensure accurate setup of Master Certificates of Insurance. • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and maintain SOPs as necessary. • Staff Training: Provide training and guidance to newer staff members. Qualifications: • 5+ Years of Commercial Insurance Experience: Demonstrated expertise in servicing commercial insurance accounts. • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Property & Casualty License: Valid license required. • Technical Aptitude: Proficient in basic math and quick to adapt to new technologies. • Positive Attitude & Coachability: Exhibits a growth mindset, strong listening skills, and empathy. • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Multi-tasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. • Integrity & Confidentiality: Maintains a high level of integrity and confidentiality in all tasks. • AMS360 Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with AMS360 is a plus.
