Commercial Insurance Producer - Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 120k/year - Austin, TX

• Our client is an Austin based Start Up that is tackling the commercial insurance industry. They are looking to bring on a Commercial Insurance Producer as they develop their team. The organization has a unique AI driven commercial insurance business.

Responsibilities:

• Drive insurance sales, advising on product development, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Commercial Insurance or Employee Benefits Broker/Producer experience
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, compliance, and common agency challenges.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

Compensation:

• Compensation includes a base salary in the 80k - 120k/year range plus commission. The position is a direct hire into the organization. Our client is also open to producers looking to move their book of business.
