In this role, you’ll help identify and pursue business opportunities with strategic targets and cultivate relationships with inbound and outbound prospects. With a hands-on approach across the full sales lifecycle, you’ll help clients across various sectors scale their business with our world-class services and solutions.

    Proven track record in identifying prospects through demand generation channels and cold-calling

    Develop and maintain a network of business clients by prospecting, building relationships with existing clients, and maintaining a customer base year-over-year.

    Assessing client insurance needs and developing tailored insurance and risk management solutions to meet those needs.

    Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes.

    Meeting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, as set forth by team lead.

    Requirements

    Maintain General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License

    2+ years of insurance sales experience (account management experience also accepted)

    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

    Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
