    We are seeking a Commercial Integration Representative to join our team!

    Responsibilities:

    Efficiently prospect and contact potential clients through networking, cold calling and other lead generating activities

    Engaging with current clients to maintain relationships, generate upsells, and gain referrals

    Utilize approved company materials to deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers

    Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by First Defense Security including security, access control, and CCTV product lines

    Complete sales agreements and all paperwork needed to close deals

    Visit installations and contact clients post installation to ensure their satisfaction

    Meet or exceed monthly \and quarterly sales targets

    Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

    Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

    ​Qualifications:

    Minimum of two (2) years industry experience in small business or commercial sales with a proven record of success

    Minimum of three (3) years of outside B2B sales with a proven record of success

    Have consistently met or exceeded sales goals in previous sales positions

    Must have strong prospecting and communication skills

    Familiarity and comfort using CRM platforms

    Ability to build rapport with clients and present before high level

    Strong presentation and negotiation skills

    Deadline and detail-oriented
