Our client is a community bank with more than 50 years of operations, around $1B in assets, multiple branches throughout South Florida, excellent culture, and community standing.

Current commercial lending openings include, but not limited to:

\- Commercial Lender – C&I

\- Commercial Lender – CRE

\- Commercial Lender – Construction

As a Commercial Lender, you would be responsible for the relationship management of a commercial loan portfolio, develops new commercial loan business, and act as the primary contact for assigned accounts. Supervisory/management responsibilities as necessary.

Key job duties, among others:

\- Develops new commercial loan business.

\- Referral follow-up.

\- Calls and visits to new and existing clients

\- Participation in community or industry related functions.

\- Partner with branches in the origination of commercial loan referrals.

\- Cross-sell bank products and services.

\- Interview loan applicants, conducts preliminary financial analysis and establishes credit risk.

\- Negotiate and structure credit terms required to secure the loan.

\- Prepares Loan Approval Reports and commitment letters for new and renewed commercial loans.

\- Request and review required documentation to underwrite credit transactions.

\- Perform underwriting and loan approval recommendations.
