The Commercial Business Customer Service Representative supports our selling agents by performing a variety of essential functions and/or tasks including, but not limited to those identified below:
*Gathers and organizes specified information and reports, marketing/quoting to assist selling agents
*Resolves customer inquiries, complaints and service requests;
*Responsible for processing quality file maintenance in a timely manner;
*Utilizes computer systems and applications to perform assigned tasks;
*Understands work unit business processes and procedures; and
*Performs additional functions as needed.

*Demonstrates skills to comprehend processing procedures;
*Analytical skills to identify, gather and organize information;
*Customer-oriented attitude with strong customer service skills to resolve inquiries quickly and efficiently;
*Strong verbal and written communication skills;
*Must possess basic math aptitude;
*Ability to work in a team environment to support overall profitability;
*Solid organizational skills including time management, prioritization and attention to detail;
*Demonstrates skills in utilizing computer equipment and software, including the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., MS Word and Excel) and solid keyboard skills with an emphasis to accuracy, our management system used is Applied Systems Tam;
*Ability to learn commercial business proprietary systems;
*Skills to learn and understand Commercial Business processes and related databases;
*Ability to prioritize competing demands while demonstrating a high degree of flexibility;
*Ability to analyze data/processes to determine next steps for completeness;
*Demonstrates the ability to ask/escalate appropriate questions for clarity purposes; and
*Licensed P&C agent
