Get Ready for a career where you can build relationships with clients and work with a team that is pulling in the same direction! With offices in New Boston & Canton, we are looking to add a positive and reliable teammate!
What we do:
Providing balanced insurance solutions for Michigan’s families and businesses, starts with you! Our customer service team understands that defense wins championships. You’ll get to know our systems, products, clients and team best through providing customer service activities such as policy reviews, changes, claims and billing inquiries and commercial audits.
Once comfortable with maintaining trust with our existing clients, you’ll build the trust of new clients by providing quotes, encouraging referrals, rounding out accounts and helping achieve our targets for growth within the agencies.
Why we do it:
Protecting families & businesses from the risks of everyday life, requires attention to detail, a sense of urgency and a commitment to “not only do the right thing, but help others do the right thing” – Tom Izzo, MSU Coach
We believe that our partnership with Farm Bureau Insurance & its family of companies, puts our team in the best position to balance coverage and price over the long term.
Our for-purpose mission to: Eliminate hunger in Michigan, keeps our grass roots firmly planted in our communities and helps us communicate through events, social media and in person - that we are here to help!
How it gets done:
Responding to inquiries in a timely manner, communicating status and results are key elements of our success. Maintaining/ organizing records is key as well.
Taking the time to patiently understand the needs of our clients and home office support teams while making expectations clear, builds on the trusted service model of our agencies.
Whether it simply calling up a client to thank them for their continued business, or helping them deal with a property, liability, injury loss or worse; your concern for their needs will ensure our continued success!
Maintaining a positive and productive environment is the result of effective communication, consistent utilization of our management systems, disciplined follow up and a commitment to continuous improvement and education!
Where:
With offices in Canton & New Boston, we collaborate and learn from each other and provide convenient places to meet with our clients.
We leverage technology to stay connected, educated and stay in-tune with the immediate needs of our team so our clients have the very best experience possible.
We love to go out to visit clients, network, celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. When it's been a long day, we go for walks, grab ice cream or just shut it down early sometimes:)
