Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Independently Owned Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 60k/year - New Cumberland, PA

• Our client an Independently Owned Insurance Agency has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. This agency prides itself on in close knit family atmosphere who invests in the careers and professional growth of their employees.
• The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative is responsible for servicing a designated group of commercial line customers, providing support to producers and/or Senior Account Executives as applicable, processing work, receiving and making calls to customers or insurers, or assisting in any other areas as required.

Responsibilities:

• Service a designated group of customers, manage and process customer requests including changes to policies, certificates of insurance, ID cards, and billing review.
• Provides quotes, proposals, and bind coverage as needed according to insurer guidelines.
• Review customer policies to identify possible cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AMS360 or Applied Epic.
• Current Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience servicing contractor/construction account a huge plus.
• Ability to work in an office setting.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 60k/year plus commission opportunity.
• Full benefit packaging including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
