Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Insurance - Base Salary to 33.00/hour - San Antonio, TX

• Our client, an independent agency based in San Antonio, TX, is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative will be responsible for CSR responsibilities as well as some Account Manager responsibilities as well due to the fact that this agency is structured as only having producers and CSR's.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing a shared book of generalist business consisting of a wide variety of Commercial Lines Accounts
• Specific duties include taking applications, sending submissions to MGA's, COI's and endorsements, issuing ID cards, making policy changes, billing, remarketing accounts, Processing cancellations, etc.
• Working with Standard and Excess & Surplus (E&S) lines
• Working with 2+ producers at a time

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an independent agency as an account manager or a CSR
• Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed in TX
• Experience working with multiple carriers and MGA's

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 28.00 - 33.00/hour range with a 37 hour work week
