This role involves managing customer accounts, processing policy changes, and ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Provide excellent customer service to commercial clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
Policy Management: Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with industry regulations.
Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and other team members to ensure smooth policy administration.
Quoting and Binding: Assist clients with quoting and binding new policies, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed correctly.
Claims Assistance: Support clients through the claims process by providing information, assisting with documentation, and liaising with claims adjusters.
Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure all actions comply with legal and ethical standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial lines team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Experience: Experience in commercial lines insurance or a related field preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Licensing: Valid insurance license required.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
