Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a 2nd to 5th-year Associate Litigation Attorney to join their new Lancaster office. The ideal candidate will specialize in general corporate commercial litigation and bring a collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset to help grow the office from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of general corporate commercial litigation matters.
• Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and paralegals to handle cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, providing strategic counsel and outstanding representation.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the Lancaster office through mentorship and teamwork.
• Work in alignment with the firm’s "theory of abundance" culture, sharing knowledge and building collective success.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate commercial litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (or the ability to waive in).
