As a key team member, you would represent clients in construction disputes, breach of contract, surety, general business, and other commercial matters.

In this role, you will work on complex commercial matters such as:

• Construction disputes
• Surety
• Bankruptcy
• Breach of contract
• Fraud
• Commercial Litigation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas State Bar and eligibility to practice in Texas
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software
• Effective communication skills for interactions with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement. Compensation is commensurate with experience and market starting at $150,000 annually DOE.
