The Opportunity:

• Lead and manage high-stakes commercial litigation cases from inception through trial or resolution.
• Provide expert legal counsel across a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, shareholder disputes, and fraud claims.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering practical, business-minded legal solutions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio with at least 7+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Proven track record of success, including extensive trial and courtroom experience in federal and state courts.
