Role Description

CommLoan seeks experienced, full-time, remote Commercial Loan Originators to help borrowers obtain commercial loans through CommLoan's proprietary technology platform, CUPID™. The role requires working closely with potential borrowers to gather financial information and determine loan suitability, as well as originating, underwriting, and closing loans. The Loan Originator will ensure that borrowers receive a helping hand from CommLoan's concierge-style team of underwriters, processors, and closers, creating a lasting relationship of trust and respect with customers.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in commercial loan origination or closing, or a related field Strong understanding of commercial real estate lending and credit analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Growth-minded and creative Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment to financial analysis and decision-making Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excited to reach uncapped earning potential with a very competitive 100% commission structure
