If you have experience with customer service, administrative support, and banking, and are interested in working for a local community bank, then the Commercial Loan Servicer position is for you! As a Commercial Loan Servicer, you will provide customer support, servicing of all commercial loans, processing payments on commercial loans and line of credit advances. Position also performs various loan maintenance functions on new/modified commercial loans to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all loan records and documentation.
Working within the Loan & Operations Center located at 75 Post Office Park, Wilbraham, MA, this full-time position generally works 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Potential for hybrid remote/in-office work schedule is available after successful training period.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum 1 year banking or administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications/Skills: Excellent customer service skills required. Must have strong verbal & written communication skills and be computer literate. Ability to take a team approach to work responsibilities, prioritize and manage time, and manage multiple responsibilities required. Strong organizational and attention to detail skills are essential.
