Commercial Mechanical Installation Project Manager
We are currently seeking a talented Commercial Mechanical Installation Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical installation, including proficiency in metal ductwork, setting, and finishing. In addition to managing projects, this role will involve overseeing mechanical installers and pipe fitters to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage mechanical installation projects from inception to completion. • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established goals. • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including mechanical installers and pipe fitters. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship. • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. • Communicate effectively with the team to address any issues or concerns and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial mechanical installation, with proficiency in metal ductwork, setting, and finishing. • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Knowledge of construction management software and tools. • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred). • Additional qualifications and certifications in project management or mechanical installation are a plus. Compensation: $100,000 yearly
