CertaPro Painters is seeking a talented and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and make a significant impact in the world of commercial painting.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative at CertaPro Painters, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our commercial painting business. We are looking for a high-performance individual who can bring fresh energy, a deep understanding of the commercial painting industry, and Most importantly a proven record of accomplishment in sales. Your ability to build and nurture relationships, close deals, and deliver outstanding customer service will be the key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential commercial clients seeking painting services.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

• Conduct on-site assessments to understand clients' painting needs and provide accurate project estimates.

• Develop and present customized painting solutions that meet clients' objectives and budget requirements.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure the successful execution of projects and maintain client satisfaction.

• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the commercial painting, home service, or construction industry. Bidding and estimating experience are a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships.

• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

• High energy and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Knowledge of commercial painting products and services.

• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites.
